NCT ID NCT06893510

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study compares virtual reality (VR) relaxation with face-to-face relaxation for pregnant women hospitalized with preeclampsia, a condition causing high blood pressure. Researchers will measure anxiety, comfort, heart rate, and baby's well-being in 96 participants. The goal is to see if VR can be a helpful, non-drug way to ease stress and improve outcomes for both mother and baby.
