First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a virtual reality exercise program can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with chronic neck pain. Thirty-two adults aged 18-65 with neck pain lasting at least 6 months will attend 45-minute VR sessions three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, neck movement, and quality of life before and after the program.
