VR game training eases desk Workers' back pain

Summary

This study tested whether a virtual reality-based posture correction program could reduce low back pain and improve balance in desk workers. 50 participants who sat at work for at least 5 hours daily and had chronic low back pain took part. The intervention group used VR fitness games alongside standard physiotherapy for 4 weeks. The study measured pain, disability, and balance before and after treatment.
