Virtual reality and targeted exercises aim to ease Parkinson's arm symptoms

Summary
This study will test whether combining virtual reality games with a hands-on therapy called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation can improve arm movement, reduce tremors, and help with coordination in people with Parkinson's disease. About 28 adults aged 50-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will participate. The goal is to see if these therapies can make daily tasks easier and improve quality of life.
