Summary
This study will test whether a new virtual reality simulation with touch feedback can help nursing students improve their hands-on skills and clinical decision-making. About 100 students taking a nursing course for the first time will be split into two groups: one using the VR tool and one using standard training. Researchers will compare their test scores, performance, and confidence levels to see if the VR approach is more effective.
