Summary

This study looked at whether virtual reality (VR) can help people who have trouble imagining movements get more out of mental practice. Thirty-two healthy young men did leg exercises while using VR, watching movements, or just imagining them. The goal was to see if VR makes mental training more effective for improving muscle strength and activation.
