Summary
This study tested a new virtual reality (VR) treatment called VR-Moodboost for teenagers with depression. The goal was to increase positive feelings and reduce depressive symptoms. Twelve adolescents aged 15-23 completed 12 weekly VR sessions with a therapist. Early results suggest VR may help improve mood and quality of life, but larger studies are needed.
