Summary

This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) mindfulness program can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in doctors and other clinicians. 32 participants will be split into two groups, with one group using a take-home VR headset for a 12-week mindfulness course. The goal is to see if this convenient, interactive tool can improve mental wellness and resilience among healthcare workers.
