Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset during labor can help reduce pain and anxiety and improve the childbirth experience. About 92 women in labor will be randomly assigned to either use VR with calming nature scenes and music or receive standard care. The study will compare pain levels, anxiety, and satisfaction between the two groups.
