Virtual reality goggles tested to calm stressed ICU nurses

NCT ID NCT07471152

Summary

This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) goggles for relaxation could help reduce stress, anxiety, and tiredness in nurses working in intensive care units (ICUs). Sixty nurses who had worked in the ICU for at least six months participated. They used VR as an intervention, and researchers measured their stress, anxiety, and fatigue levels to see if it helped.
