Summary

This study tests whether a 15-minute virtual reality exercise program can reduce pain and improve movement in adults with chronic low back pain. Sixty participants will wear a VR headset and perform exercises, then be evaluated for pain, flexibility, and fear of movement. The goal is to see if VR-based exercise offers a safe, engaging way to manage long-term back pain.
