Can VR workouts at home beat In-Person therapy for back pain?

NCT ID NCT07031947

Summary

This study is testing whether a core-strengthening exercise program delivered through virtual reality at home is as effective as traditional in-person therapy for easing chronic low back pain. It involves 80 adults with long-term back pain who will do exercises three times a week for eight weeks. The main goal is to see if the convenient, home-based VR method can reduce pain and improve function just as well as supervised clinic visits.
