First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether watching a video of a patient getting ready for surgery, using virtual reality goggles, can help nursing students become more empathetic. About 50 students will take part, and their empathy levels will be measured with a standard questionnaire. The goal is to see if this kind of training can improve how students understand and connect with patients.
