Summary

This study tests whether watching a virtual reality (VR) education program before surgery can lower anxiety and pain in adults having hip or knee replacement. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either VR education plus standard care or standard care alone. Researchers will measure anxiety, pain, and vital signs at several time points before and after surgery.
