Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) platform can help dementia caregivers connect with each other, reduce stress, and feel more supported. About 30 home care workers will use VR headsets to join group activities and support sessions over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach improves their social connections, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
