Summary
This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) to guide slow breathing can help reduce stress. Researchers will compare four different VR experiences in 120 healthy adults aged 18-35 who report high stress levels. The goal is to see which approach lowers stress and anxiety the most, using both self-reports and body sensors.
