Summary

This study looked at whether playing virtual reality games (like Nintendo Switch Sports) could help improve balance in 13 young people with autism, compared to doing standard physical therapy exercises. Participants did 6 sessions over 2 weeks from home, supervised via Zoom. Researchers measured their balance and walking before, right after, and 4 weeks after the training.
