Summary
This study tested a 4-week virtual reality (VR) back school program in 39 adults with chronic low back and leg pain. Participants either used VR or did standard back exercises. The VR group aimed to reduce pain, improve movement, and lessen fear of activity. Results showed VR can help manage symptoms and improve daily function.
