Summary
This early-phase study tests a daily injection called vosoritide in 6 children aged 5-10 with MPS IVA or VI, rare conditions that cause short stature and bone problems. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable over 96 weeks. Researchers will also measure changes in growth and bone health markers.
