First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (vorolanib and everolimus) works better than the standard drug sunitinib for people with advanced kidney cancer that has worsened after immunotherapy. About 116 adults aged 18-80 with clear cell kidney cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
