Summary
This study tested a drug called vorinostat in 56 people with certain types of lymphoma (follicular, other indolent B-cell, or mantle cell) that had returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal was to see how many patients had their tumors shrink or disappear, and to check for side effects. The study was completed and provides information on the drug's safety and effectiveness in this difficult-to-treat group.
