This study tests a drug called vorasidenib in 10 teenagers (ages 12-17) with a slow-growing brain tumor (grade 2 astrocytoma or oligodendroglioma) that has a specific genetic change (IDH mutation). The main goals are to see if the drug is safe, how it affects growth and puberty, and whether it can control the tumor. Participants will take the drug in 28-day cycles and be followed for about 5 years.
