First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tested a simpler 14-day treatment using two drugs (vonoprazan and amoxicillin) against a more complex standard therapy for H. pylori infection in 337 adults in Taiwan. The goal was to see if the simpler regimen works just as well, with fewer side effects and easier use. Results will help doctors choose the best first-line treatment.
