Summary
This study aimed to see if the drug vonafexor could help kidney function in people with mild-to-moderate chronic kidney disease and suspected MASH (a fatty liver condition). Ten participants were enrolled, but the study was terminated early. Researchers planned to measure kidney function using blood tests and special MRI scans.
