Summary
This study tests whether a short course of low-dose Sirolimus, a drug usually used in transplant patients, can boost the immune response to flu and RSV vaccines in people over 60 who are on hemodialysis. About 60 participants will receive the drug or a placebo before vaccination. The goal is to see if this approach improves long-term immune memory and protection.
