Summary
This study tested a new, step-by-step method for heart ablation in 130 adults with atrial fibrillation. The goal was to see if this voltage-guided approach could be as effective as the standard method while possibly causing fewer side effects like esophageal injury. Participants were randomly assigned to one of the two procedures and monitored for a year.
