First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at two different chest therapy methods—Vojta reflex and lung squeezing—in 90 premature babies (28-36 weeks) with respiratory distress syndrome. The goal was to see which technique better improves oxygen levels and breathing rate. Babies received one of the two therapies or standard chest therapy twice daily for three weeks. The findings could help choose the best way to support breathing in fragile newborns.
