Summary

This study tests a new device that uses muscle signals from the face and neck to recognize silent speech and turn it into voice. It is designed for people who have lost their voice after larynx removal (laryngectomy). The study will enroll 100 adults, including healthy volunteers and those with severe voice loss, to see how accurately the device works and how users feel about it.
