First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study compared two minimally invasive ways to remove the uterus (hysterectomy): vNOTES (through the vagina) and conventional laparoscopic surgery (through small belly cuts). About 90 women took part to see which method leads to less pain, less need for strong painkillers, and a quicker return to normal activities. The goal is to improve recovery and comfort after surgery.
