First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study aimed to test a new gene therapy called VM202RY, injected directly into the heart, to see if it could safely improve heart function in people who recently had a heart attack. The study was planned for adults aged 19 to 75 with reduced heart pumping ability. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
