Summary

This study aims to understand how taking vitamin D3 and K2 supplements affects gut bacteria and inflammation levels in healthy military healthcare workers. Participants will take either vitamin D, vitamin K, a combination, or a placebo daily for 90 days and provide blood and stool samples. The goal is to learn how these vitamins interact with a person's genes and gut microbiome, which could inform future health recommendations.
