Summary
This study looks at whether taking vitamin D supplements after surgery can help keep muscles healthy. Vitamin D is important for bone and muscle health, and low levels can slow muscle recovery. The trial will enroll 100 adults aged 21-65 who have low vitamin D after surgery and will check their vitamin D levels over 12 months.
