First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether giving families foods naturally rich or fortified with vitamin D can improve vitamin D levels in teenagers during winter. About 160 households with at least one teen (11-17) and one adult will take part. Researchers will measure vitamin D in blood and ask about diet and food preferences.
