Summary
This study looks at whether taking vitamin D supplements can reduce pain and help teeth move faster during orthodontic treatment with braces. Researchers will give 48 adults either vitamin D or a placebo daily for 4 months, measuring pain levels, tooth movement, and saliva markers. The goal is to see if vitamin D can make braces treatment more comfortable and efficient.
