Summary
This study tests whether taking high doses of vitamin B6 can change brain activity and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Researchers will compare a group taking vitamin B6 to a group taking a placebo. The study involves 44 adults aged 18 to 40 with mild to moderate anxiety or depression.
