Summary
This study looks at whether taking a new form of vitamin B12, natural orange extract, or both together can improve physical and mental performance. Researchers will test 20 healthy, well-trained men aged 18-45 who regularly eat citrus fruits. Participants will do intense bike sprints and reaction-time tests to measure any changes.
