Summary
This study looked at whether adding vitamin B12 to the usual diabetes medicine dapagliflozin could improve blood sugar levels in 80 adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants took either vitamin B12 or a placebo alongside their regular treatment. The main goal was to see changes in HbA1c, a key measure of long-term blood sugar control.
