Summary
This study tested whether drinking VitalPLANT or Helichrysum italicum tea for one week could improve signs of metabolic syndrome in 30 overweight adults. Participants had at least two components of metabolic syndrome and were not on medications for it. Researchers measured body weight, body fat, and cholesterol levels before and after the tea-drinking period.
