This study tested whether a personalized care plan called VitalCare helps people with obstructive sleep apnea use their CPAP or APAP machine more regularly. 113 adults who were newly prescribed CPAP therapy took part. The plan aimed to find and fix problems early in treatment. The main goal was to see if patients using VitalCare had better daily CPAP use after 3 months compared to standard care.
