Summary

This study tests a new way to plan radiation therapy for people with stage 3 lung cancer. The method uses CT ventilation imaging to identify and avoid the healthiest parts of the lungs. Researchers want to see if this approach helps patients maintain a better quality of life and have fewer side effects after treatment. About 165 adults will take part.
