New lens design aims to fix blurry vision in irregular corneas

Summary
This study tests special custom lenses placed during cataract surgery to improve vision in people with irregularly shaped corneas. The lenses aim to correct hard-to-treat astigmatism that standard lenses cannot fix. The study will enroll 15 adults and measure how much their vision improves after surgery.
