New drug aims to reverse wasting in advanced cancer patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug called visugromab in people with advanced cancer who are losing weight unintentionally (cachexia). The goal is to see if the drug helps patients gain weight, improve appetite, and move better. About 518 participants will receive either visugromab or a placebo by IV every four weeks.
