First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using visualization techniques (mental imagery) can improve focus and performance in racquet sports more than a standard stretching routine. 52 amateur male players aged 20-40 who had trouble concentrating during games took part. The goal was to see which approach helps players stay present and make better, more accurate shots.
