Cancer-Fighting virus tested in Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a modified virus (pelareorep) to a combination of standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs is safe and more effective for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if the virus can help the immune system better attack the cancer cells. It is for patients who have already tried at least three other types of treatment.
