NCT ID NCT07173335
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether a virtual, team-based lifestyle program works as well as in-person physiotherapy for people with chronic muscle or joint pain living in rural areas. About 354 adults with conditions like back pain or osteoarthritis will receive up to 10 sessions over six months, either in-person or online. The goal is to see if virtual care can reduce pain impact and improve access for those far from clinics.
