Summary
This study tested whether cognitive rehabilitation using immersive virtual reality or computer-based brain games could improve mild thinking problems in people with Parkinson's or Huntington's disease better than music therapy. 64 participants completed the trial, which compared these non-drug approaches head-to-head. The goal was to see if these high-tech methods could delay worsening of memory and thinking skills.
