Summary

This study compares two types of exercises—virtual reality games and standard motor control training—to see which better improves neck awareness and reduces pain in people with forward head posture. Researchers will enroll 93 adults aged 18-30 with mild to moderate neck pain. The goal is to find a more engaging and effective way to treat this common condition.
