Sixty participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's will be split into two groups: one using a collaborative virtual environment guided by a therapist, and the other using standard screen-based virtual reality exercises. The goal is to see which method leads to better motor function, mobility, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
