Summary

This study explores how virtual reality (VR) exposure therapy can help people with social anxiety. Researchers want to understand what makes VR therapy work, including self-guided sessions you can do at home. About 45 adults with social anxiety will participate, testing different VR approaches to see which reduces fear and avoidance in social situations.
