Summary

This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) for mindfulness and relaxation before radiation therapy is practical for cancer patients. Twenty-five adults scheduled for radiation simulation tried the VR program. The main goal was to see if at least 75% could complete the VR session, and researchers also measured changes in anxiety levels.
